Estimates: Free for most residential work, valid for 30 days
Scheduling: By mutual agreement, 24-hour confirmation sent
Payment: Due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge after 30 days
Change Orders: Must be approved in writing. Additional costs quoted before work proceeds
What's Covered: 1-year warranty on all labor/workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on parts vary by product
What's NOT Covered: Customer modifications, normal wear, acts of God, other contractors' work, neglect or misuse
Making a Claim: Call or email with issue description. We'll schedule a visit. If warranty-covered, repair is free
We Collect: Name, address, phone, email, service history, payment information, photos of work sites
We Use It For: Providing services, appointment reminders, payment processing, improvements, promotional offers (opt-out anytime)
We DON'T: Sell your information or share with third parties (except payment processors)
Your Rights: Request data deletion, opt-out of marketing, access your data via customer portal
